These creations are protected by the provisions of the code of the intellectual property and their violation sanctioned civilly and criminally.

The use of all or part of the contents of this Site, whether by downloading, extraction or transfer, by reproduction, by representation, by broadcasting or via a hypertext link is not authorized.

The Site is made available to users for the purpose of presenting SO-BUZZ and its products and services. In this respect, the user of the Site is most often a professional who intends to obtain information on the range of products and services of Social Media Marketing, on the one hand, and/or who consults the access service to the SO-BUZZ platform from the Site.

The Site also constitutes a gateway to the service platform allowing a professional user to launch marketing operations on his Facebook pages, Twitter accounts, or other channels. In this respect, the user of the Site is then a user and subscriber of a service allowing this professional (hereinafter “the Client”) to organize marketing and sales promotion operations in the form of contests whose recipients are natural persons generally (hereinafter “Participants”).

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended and the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) No. 2016/679/EU of 27 April 2016, SO-BUZZ, as data controller, guarantees the respect of the privacy of Users of the Website.

The User, a natural person, in his capacity of user of the website (and not of Participant in a sales promotion operation carried out by an economic operator) is informed that he has a right of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, portability (when it applies) and opposition on the data concerning him. SO-BUZZ collects for its clients and on their instruction as a subcontractor the data that the Participant will have filled in manually, on his Facebook account, Twitter account or that of any other social network offering a connection possibility from which the professional organizes his commercial animations.

These data are thus collected and used by SO-BUZZ’s clients, who are solely responsible for the animations, games, prizes and contests organized with the SO-BUZZ platform in accordance with the rules defined by Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/page_guidelines.php) or any other social network that may be used for this purpose.

The Participant has a right of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, portability (where applicable) and opposition to the personal data concerning him. The Participant may exercise these rights directly with the Professional concerned as he has undertaken to do so as the data controller and in accordance with his legal obligations. SO-BUZZ, as a subcontractor, helps its client, the data controller, to answer these requests, in accordance with its obligation of advice, information and assistance.

The Participant is entitled to inform SO-BUZZ in the event of the failure of the said professional. He commits himself to do so with all the required accuracy by documenting, if necessary, by screen prints of his electronic mail.

O-BUZZ cannot be held responsible for the actions of its clients and cannot be prosecuted or involved in the prosecution of one of its clients who has not respected the laws in force applicable to personal data.
